Understand How You Run, Improve How You Move!

Clinically informed running biomechanics with practical coaching support

Looking to better understand how you run and improve the way you move? Work with Sports Therapist and running coach Stuart Sahan to gain clear insight into your biomechanics, improve efficiency, and run with confidence. No elitism. Just clear answers and practical solutions.

Standard Running Session

A coached one to one session focused on pacing, movement awareness, and confidence building. Ideal for runners who want practical guidance and support without full biomechanics analysis.

Running Biomechanics Assessment

Understand how you run through real world movement analysis and personalised feedback to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.

Small Group Biomechanics

Shared coached running with individual biomechanics feedback for runners who want professional insight in a group setting.

Apps can plan your runs. They can’t teach you how to run.

Modern running apps are great for building fitness, structure and consistency. But they can’t see how you move, how fatigue changes your form, or how previous injuries influence your running pattern.

That’s where coached biomechanics comes in.

I work with runners in real world settings using video capture and guided running sessions to assess gait phases, movement strategies and efficiency. The goal is not to chase perfect form, but to understand your running and make meaningful improvements that support performance and reduce injury risk.

Stuart Sahan BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist & Licensed England Athletics Running Coach

Clinically Informed, Coach Led

With a background in Sports Therapy and running coaching, my approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance. I look at how strength, mobility, fatigue and previous injury influence your running, helping you make changes that are realistic, sustainable and meaningful.

Everything is built around how you actually run, not how a textbook says you should.
