Tailored training plans that accommodate you, your work, family life, and other obligations. We stay in regular contact to ensure you have all the advice and encouragement you need. You’ll find motivation to lace up your trainers, sharpen your focus and build confidence in what you can achieve.

 

During the onboarding phase, I take the time to learn about you, your current fitness level, running background, any previous barriers or injuries, running goals, and aspirations. Rest assured that we will begin where you’re at now and develop the right training plan just for you. Any upcoming races will be integrated into your training schedule so that everything remains aligned with what you’re aiming for, whether that’s simply finishing an event or setting a new personal best.

 

Using the Good Coach app makes it super easy for you to view your workouts and share feedback. When integrated with Garmin Connect, Apple Health, COROS, SUUNTO, Polar FLOW, or Strava, you’ll have all of the session steps and metrics come direct to your device. This allows you to accurately follow the prescribed session on the fly and for me to monitor your performance progress by tracking and reviewing your data.
